(ie. do another new thing after the first new thing,
the next day, or whatever)
If you want life to change, if you want a new situation,
Then you need to provide a new input.
Change what you do from what you have always done,
and that is the first step to getting a different outcome
and having a different experience.
When you are desperate, it hardly matters what you do,
The relief is in the change.
Everything is relative, nothing is absolute.
This is good general advice.
Feeling scared is OK.
Feeling good and at peace is all great too, nothing very
wrong with it.
But allow yourself to do something new, and especially
something that scares you, because that is where growth
happens. And that is where life happens.
You have such power, you are capable of so much.
Make the goal be what you will do, not what you will achieve.
It’s OK to aim at something, but enjoy the journey, don’t
