Looking for Help With Access to My Children in Australia

A Long Journey
Like many fathers in Australia, I spent years going through a court process with my ex-partner in order to ensure myself a place in my daughter’s life.
This journey has certainly been the most challenging thing I have ever done.
But the importance of it, the outcome, of having my daughter connected with me and her siblings and extended family, and having stability and security in her life, is a goal that has made it all worth it. It was a very long and difficult journey, but I’ve also grown through it more than I could have imagined.
Since my journey finished, and even while it was going on, I’ve also spoken with many, many other parents who were going through a similar journey. In the beginning, those I spoke to who had done it before were of incalculable value in supporting me, and as I’ve gone along I’ve been able to support and help others who are new to it.
