I care deeply about the issue of the Indigenous voice in the Parliament.
I agree with the sentiment of the “History is Calling” video; that this is a profoundly significant moment in history where we can set a course to a much more united Australia.
I’ve begun conversations with some politicians and wanted to share some of that here, in the interests in sharing what I’ve learned, and to encourage conversation and understanding.
I am absolutely not an expert on this, but I have been fortunate to have recently gained more knowledge and insight than I had previously through my studies in my Social Work degree.
