I have a Warcraft III habit.
I played the game when I was a boy.
It was with my brothers. It would have been pre-internet, but with some way of connecting two computers together. I think using a serial cable, and you probably need to be both as old as me and a fair bit of a computer nerd to even know what that is.
A couple of year ago I bought a copy of the game again and I play it a little more than I should. And because I spend a lot of time playing it, I like to think up ways to justify to myself that the time is well spent. A retro-validation of my addiction.
So, today’s piece is some Warcraft III strategy inspired wisdom that is applicable to your business endeavours.
There are five key lessons I’ve learned which inform the strategy I use in both Warcraft and in my business.
