Today I Created a Project Management System to Organise my Sales and Delivery Pipeline
Pipeline 2020 : A full CMS, Project Management System, and Planner in one.
This year I’ve gone back to having my business be the primary source of income for our family.
And this year, for the first time, I’m actively growing the business.
My business is called CoCreations (http://cocreations.com.au/); we do software development, mostly on a consultancy basis, and mostly mobile apps.
Hopefully I will have updated the website by the time you read this article as it’s not currently projecting the kind of focused professionalism I want to communicate — it does have a friendly, community kind of vibe to it, which I want to keep, but I also need it to be a bit easier for corporate clients to say “yes” to choosing us than it is at the time of writing this.
(I don’t believe I’ve ever used my website for acquiring leads; it has always been word of mouth, but in expanding the business my website will likely become a little more important)
